Neitersen
The company KARL GEORG was founded by Mr. Karl Georg in 1925 at Neitersen, Germany.
The company, equipped with its own smithy and steelworks, started by producing buffers, truck trailers and rubber-tired trailers for agricultural use.
In 1968, the "crane wheel construction" era began. The company built its first crane travel wheels, along with its new plant located in Ingelbach-Bahnhof.
Ingelbach-Bahnhof
In 1985, the grandson of the company founder, Mr. Michael Schnaufer, took over the business management.
In September 1998, KARL GEORG Stahlherstellungs- und Verarbeitungs GmbH moved to its present location in Ingelbach-Bahnhof, Germany.
In 2022, the company KARL GEORG Stahlherstellungs- und Verarbeitungs GmbH is renamed KARL GEORG GmbH.
Now, KARL GEORG GmbH is a successful family-run company.
